Delegate fees include full conference attendance, all coffee-breaks, the Poster Session & Pizza on Nov 17 and the Argentinean Chorizo & Beef Sandwiches on Nov 18. Accommodation is not included in the registration.

Groups (1) and (2) please complete the Abstract Submission Form in ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Group (3) please complete the Application Form here in the period from June 16 to July 31 2025.

In all cases, participants who are accepted to attend the workshop will be notified by email prior to the opening of the Registration process (August 1st, 2025).

Once the Registration fee has been paid, the participant will be registered in the event.

All participants must register to attend the Workshop.

Acceptance of participants will be made on the basis of ensuring a balanced participation of basic, translational and clinical research groups.

We are pleased to announce that a limited number of registration fees and/or accommodations will be partially or fully covered by the Workshop for those PhD and Postdoc students whose abstracts are accepted.
