Delegate fees include full conference attendance, lunches and coffee-breaks on November 17^th and November 18^th, as well as the closing barbecue on November 19th. Accommodation is not included in the registration.

In all cases, participants who are accepted to attend the workshop will be notified by email.

Once the Registration fee has been paid, the participant will be registered in the event.

All participants must register to attend the Workshop.

Acceptance of participants will be made on the basis of ensuring a balanced participation of basic, translational and clinical research groups.

We are pleased to announce that a limited number of registration fees and/or accommodations will be partially or fully covered by the Workshop for those PhD and Postdoc students whose abstracts are accepted. This number is yet to be determined but all interested applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
